Job Title: Bench Sales Recruiter Fresher
Location: Guntur, Andhra Pradesh
Job Type: Full-time (On-site)
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹13,000 per month
Experience: 0–6 months (Freshers welcome)
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday off)

Key Responsibilities

Market available consultants to clients, vendors, and implementation partners.
Maintain relationships with clients and vendors.
Update and manage internal databases.
Coordinate interview schedules and follow-ups.
Work closely with the recruiting team to meet business goals.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Good communication skills in English (spoken and written).
Basic understanding of IT concepts (preferred).
Willingness to learn and grow.
Self-motivated and results-oriented.
