Job Description
- Minimum 1- 5 years in US Staffing/Bench Marketing Clear understanding of the US Staffing processes and techniques - W2/ 1099/ Corp-to-Corp
- Must be able to identify suitable requirements from various job boards and social networking sites and share them with consultants on Bench.
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills and ability to handle multiple priorities and work to deadlines.
- Required Strong writing and negotiating skills
- Must be a confident Self-Starter with experience in staffing services.
- Must have high degree of drive, self-motivated and excellent communication skills.
- Must have worked in developing direct Clients relationship.
