Work Type : Full Time
Work Mode : Work From Office/On-site
Working Days : '5 days in a week' (MON - FRI)
Week off : SATURDAY and SUNDAY (fixed)
Work Timings : 7pm-4am

Key Responsibilities:

Market bench consultants (H1B, OPT, GC, US Citizens, etc.) to direct clients and vendors.
Identify and build relationships with tier-1 vendors, prime vendors, and clients.
Negotiate rate contracts, agreements, and terms with clients and vendors.
Work closely with recruitment teams to match consultants with job openings.
Submit bench candidates for relevant job openings and follow up on interviews.
Maintain a database of consultants, job leads, and client contacts.
Stay updated on current market trends, visa regulations, and IT technologies.
