Title: Bench Sales Recruiter
Industry: US IT Staffing
Job-Type: Full-time(Onsite)
Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad.
Experience: Minimum 6 months
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Good experience in marketing the Bench Consultants, regular interaction with the bench candidates, there by identifying their needs and position them to projects accordingly.
• Proven successful Sales record in the IT Staffing and Consulting Industry.
• Experienced with full cycle of Sales, submitting the consultants, confirming the best rates for consultants, following up for interview schedules, closing the best deals.
• Experience working with H1B, OPT, US citizens, GC candidates preferred.
• Should have good Database of US / Tier One Vendors.
• Excellent knowledge of Internet based recruiting tools (DICE, LinkedIn, Monster Worldwide etc.)
• **Must have a good communication skills.
Education: Bachelor's (Preferred)
Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹50,000 a month

Timing: 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST
Schedule:
• Monday to Friday
