We're hiring Bench Sales Recruiter

Key Responsibilities
1. Candidate Marketing & Placement
-
Market available consultants (bench candidates) to clients, vendors, and implementation partners.

Identify suitable job openings that match the consultants’ skill sets and experience.

Prepare and update candidate profiles, resumes, and marketing documents for distribution.
-
Submit candidates’ profiles to multiple job boards, vendor portals, and recruitment platforms.
2. Networking & Relationship Management
-
Build and maintain relationships with vendors, clients, and hiring managers.
-
Create and maintain a database of vendor contacts and job requirements.
-
Establish partnerships with third-party vendors to maximize placement opportunities.

Engage in daily calls, emails, and LinkedIn interactions to promote bench candidates.
3. Requirement Analysis & Submission
-
Review incoming job requirements from clients/vendors and match them to bench candidates.
-
Negotiate optimal bill rates and terms with vendors or clients.
-
Submit profiles promptly, ensuring compliance with client requirements and job descriptions.
4. Visa & Compliance Knowledge
-
Understand different US visa types (H1B, GC, OPT, CPT, L2, EAD, etc.) and work authorization processes.
-
Ensure proper documentation and legal compliance during placements.

Track visa expiry dates and coordinate with the immigration/legal team for extensions or changes.
5. Interview Coordination & Follow-Up
-
Schedule interviews between clients/vendors and bench candidates.
-
Prepare candidates for interviews with detailed job information and tips.
-
Follow up after interviews to collect feedback and address concerns.
6. Reporting & Documentation
-
Maintain accurate records of submissions, interviews, and placements.
-
Generate daily/weekly status reports for management.
-
Track candidate status from initial marketing through to placement and onboarding.
Skills & Competencies:

Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
-
Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
-
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Good understanding of IT technologies, job portals, and recruiting trends.
-
Proficiency in using recruitment platforms like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
-
CRM or ATS (Applicant Tracking System) knowledge is a plus.
