Job Description
- Identify and connect with potential consultants in the IT industry
- Manage and update candidate databases and profiles
- Coordinate with sales and account management teams to meet client requirements
- Managing client relationships and ensuring the placement of consultants aligns with client needs.
- Coordinating interviews and following up with candidates.
- Negotiating contracts and placement terms with clients and vendors.
This role requires strong networking and sales skills, as well as an in-depth understanding of the IT staffing industry.
Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, human resources, business, or a related field
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of IT industry trends and technologies
- Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Key Skills and Competencies:

Strong knowledge of U.S. staffing and recruitment, particularly in bench sales

Familiarity with U.S. work authorizations and immigration terms (OPT, CPT, H1B, GC, USC)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Proficiency in using job boards, ATS systems, and MS Office tools

Ability to work independently in a target-driven and time-sensitive environment

Good understanding of various IT skills and technologies (Java, .NET, QA, DevOps, etc.)
