Corecat Solutions OPC Pvt Ltd is hiring Bench Sales Recruiters to support our growing US IT staffing operations. This role focuses on marketing consultants, coordinating with vendors and clients, and closing placement opportunities in the US market.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarket IT consultants (Bench resources) to US clients and vendors
Submit resumes to job portals, prime vendors, and implementation partners
Coordinate with recruiters, account managers, and candidates for interviews
Negotiate pay rates, terms, and onboarding details
Maintain daily submission and follow-up reports
Build and manage strong vendor relationships
Track candidate pipeline and placement status
Work independently during US night shifts
0–3 years of experience in US IT Bench Sales / Staffing
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good understanding of US hiring models (W2, C2C, 1099)
Familiarity with job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Willingness to work night shifts (mandatory)
Freshers with relevant exposure or training are encouraged to apply
Initial: Remote
Later: Onsite – Guntur
