Job Description

Bench Candidate Management: Identify, manage, and market bench resources to ensure quick placement at client sites.

Client Interaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to understand staffing needs and ensure timely placements.

Job Sourcing & Marketing: Actively market bench candidates by sharing resumes, updating profiles, and keeping the candidate pipeline active.

Screening & Shortlisting: Screen and evaluate bench candidates to align their skills with client requirements, ensuring only qualified profiles are submitted.

Contract & Rate Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and billing rates with clients and candidates to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.

Job Advertising: Post open requirements for bench candidates on job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and other relevant platforms.

Internal Collaboration: Work closely with recruitment, delivery, and account management teams to ensure smooth operations and faster placements.

Bench Sales Database Management: Maintain accurate records of bench candidates, submissions, interviews, and placements for reporting and tracking.

Ongoing Support: Assist with candidate onboarding and manage post-placement support, feedback, and issues.

UG (Any Degree), B. Tech, MBA, or any Postgraduate degree

0–3 years of experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter or in a similar role within the IT staffing industry
-
Strong understanding of bench sales recruitment processes, client management, and consultant placements
-
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
-
Hands-on experience with job boards, LinkedIn, and other professional platforms
-
Good knowledge of IT technologies and terminology
-
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with minimal supervision

Strong time management and organizational skills
