Job Description
1. Using social networks and research to build an internal database and recruit passive candidates
2. Using job boards like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google, and other free job sites to source requirements for candidates

2. can start the internship between 1st Mar'21 and 5th Apr'21
3. are available for duration of 4 months
4. have relevant skills and interests

1. Must have the ability to work independently and within a team environment
2. Must be a results-oriented and a self-starter with the ability to meet deadlines
3. Must have hands-on working experience with job portals like Dice, Monster, and Indeed and social media platforms
4. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
5. Must have strong knowledge of US staffing and bench sales
6. Must be ready to learn about US tax terms like C2C, W2 &1099 and visa classification terms, rules & policies for H1B, OPT, Stem OPT, H4 EAD, and TN visa
Certificate: Will be provided at the end of the Internship
