Job Description

Follow safety protocols at all times

* Read & interpret 2D drawings

* Load materials onto bending machine, Helpers are available.

* Operate bending machine with precision

Experience in machine operating and setting; ability to read and interpret 2D drawings
Set up and operate bending machine according to specifications; follow safety protocols; load materials

Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ Machine Setup & Operation

✅ Set up and operate press brake, CNC bending, or manual bending machines.
✅ Adjust machine settings like pressure, angle, and speed for precision bending.
✅ Load and unload materials, ensuring proper alignment.

2️⃣ Quality Control & Precision Work

✅ Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
✅ Use calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure accuracy.
✅ Perform visual and dimensional quality checks on finished products.

3️⃣ Maintenance & Safety Compliance

✅ Perform routine maintenance on bending machines.
✅ Follow safety protocols and company standards for machine operation.
✅ Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

4️⃣ Productivity & Reporting

✅ Meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
✅ Report machine issues, defects, or malfunctions to supervisors.
✅ Maintain records of work completed.
