Responsibilities:
The ideal candidates will have 1 – 1.5 years prior administrative experience, preferably within Human Resources and/or Benefits & Rewards. The right candidate will demonstrate the following skills and attributes:

Responsibilities:
- Supporting the effective administration of global benefits for all legal entities
- Maintaining accurate and current benefit information on:
- Our data management platform
- Excel spreadsheets
- Individual employee files.
- Delivering benefits information to new joiners
- Updating internal records following scheme renewals
- Logging all invoices
- Conducting quarterly audits of benefit memberships
- Renewal related tasks
- Maintaining accurate and current benefit information on:
- Auditing membership lists against invoices
- Monitoring the shared Benefit inbox and forwarding emails to the team as appropriate
- Running monthly system reports re. new joiners, leavers and employment changes
The ideal candidates will have 1 – 1.5 years prior administrative experience, preferably within Human Resources and/or Benefits & Rewards. The right candidate will demonstrate the following skills and attributes:
- Keen attention to detail and demonstrable ability to accurately input data and produce reports
- Interest in working within a team and autonomously
- Proactive approach
- Strong time management skills
- Effective interpersonal skills
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft packages: Word, Office and Excel (including VLOOKUP).
