Job Description
We are looking for a BFSI Trainer to conduct a 55 days program in Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) sector for all general categories and provide them employment opportunities in the related Banking industry. Approximate batch size will be 40 candidates.
1. TRADE SPECIFIC TRAINING
Gaining basic knowledge of BFSI Industry to understand concepts like Business Correspondent & Business Facilitator. Credit Processing & Micro Finance Executive.
2.ENGLISH LANGUAGE SKILLS
The English language skills focus on the ability to respond appropriately to simple questions to develop an ease to talk in English.
3. LIFE SKILLS & SOFT SKILL TRAINING
Includes general life competencies, service learning, effective work habits, problem solving ability, leading a healthy life style etc.,
