We are looking for an experienced Tender Executive to manage end-to-end tendering activities across government and B2B portals. The candidate will be responsible for identifying relevant tenders, preparing and submitting bids, and coordinating with customers and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Search, identify, and analyze tenders on GeM Portal, TradeIndia, IndiaMART, Justdial, and other relevant platforms
- Prepare, fill, and submit online tenders and bids as per guidelines
- Ensure compliance with tender terms, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements
- Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal departments for clarifications and approvals
- Maintain records of submitted tenders, bid status, and follow-ups
- Track tender results and support post-tender processes
- Handle customer queries related to tenders, quotations, and orders
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of tender-related data
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Tender Executive or similar role
- Hands-on experience with GeM Portal, TradeIndia, IndiaMART, and Justdial
- Good understanding of government and private tender procedures
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and online portals
- Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously
- Attention to detail and deadline-oriented approach
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Prior experience in government tendering and e-procurement
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
Experience: Minimum 2 Years
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Location: Ashram Road Ahmedabad
