VACANCY FOR GRADUATE ENGINEERING FRESHERS IN MNC PROFILE.
LOCATION: PUNE.
QUALIFICATION: B.E OR B.TECH WITH 70% PLUS AGGREGATE.B.E/B.Tech 2024-25 ENGINEERING GRADUATE FRESHERS PREFERRED. (COMPUTER SCIENCE/IT BRANCH PREFERRED.)

Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Pipeline Development:
-
Design, develop, and maintain batch and real-time data processing pipelines.
-
Ingest, cleanse, transform, and aggregate data from various structured and unstructured sources.
-
Implement data integration solutions across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments.
-
Use tools like Apache Spark, Hive, Kafka, and Sqoop for distributed data processing and streaming.
2. Data Storage and Management:
-
Store processed data in big data storage systems such as HDFS, HBase, Cassandra, or cloud storage solutions like AWS S3, Azure Data Lake, or GCP Cloud Storage.

Implement data partitioning, indexing, and compaction strategies for performance optimization.
-
Work with data lakes, warehouses, and lakehouse environments depending on project needs.
3. Code Optimization and Debugging:
-
Optimize Spark jobs and Hadoop MapReduce code for efficiency and performance.
-
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production data pipelines, ensuring minimal downtime and data loss.

Analyze and improve resource utilization (memory, CPU, storage) for big data applications.
4. Collaboration and Integration:
-
Collaborate with data scientists and business analysts to understand data requirements.
-
Work with DevOps or cloud teams to deploy and monitor big data solutions.
-
Integrate big data applications with downstream systems, dashboards, and reporting tools.
5. Testing and Documentation:
-
Perform unit testing and data validation to ensure accuracy and reliability.
-
Document code, data workflows, data schemas, and system architecture.
-
Follow version control and CI/CD processes to manage code deployment and maintenance.
6. Security and Compliance:
-
Ensure all data solutions adhere to security, privacy, and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).

Implement access control and data masking policies where necessary.
