Job Description
We are looking for data engineers with a strong background in data wrangling, automating workflows, building scalable and fast web services hosting features like data aggregation, transformation, applying machine learning models at scale, engineering search engines, and building dashboards serving business-critical insights.

- Content Intelligence : The content intelligence stack at Embibe focuses on the various hard open problems including automated ingestion of content, smart tagging of content,, and intelligent content packaging.
- Student Intelligence : The student intelligence stack at Embibe includes student activity finite state modeling and student ability calibration.
- Mentor Intelligence : The mentor intelligence stack at Embibe deals with personalized content discovery, learning recommendation, and behavioral intervention.
- B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.S./M.Tech. or higher in Computer Science from IITs/IISc, top NITs, or other premier institutions.
- A minimum of Five years of industry experience with R&D skills
- Fluency in Python or another scripting language
- Strong in Algorithms and Data Structures
- Proficient in designing, implementing and automating systems for data workflow management
- Experience designing scalable architecture and design patterns
- Experience in developing and publishing APIs using web services
- Experience using S3, Lambda, Kafka, Redis, etc
- Experience with big data, map-reduce, noSQL, Hadoop, Spark, HBase, Hive, Elasticsearch
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with people from a variety of technical backgrounds.
