Bigdata Architect
Role Designation: Technology Architect
Responsibilities:
- Technical Advisory Role, Pre-sales, Bidding,
- Enable Competency building and support for CoE activities ,
- Providing architectural and capability presentations to Customers on Big Data//Data Appliance Platform,
- Driving proof of concept execution and prototype creation,
- Requirement engineering – Non Functional Requirements gathering,
- Logical and Technical Architecture definition,
- Technical Solution evaluation and Recommendation,
- Guiding Performance Testing and Engineering,
- In overall driving project execution from technology perspective
Technical and Professional Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience and 1-2 years of architecture experience,
- Experience with handling very large data repositories- multi-terabyte / Peta bytes scale ,
- Experience in Big Data or Data Appliance with experience in one or more of the following technologies: ,
- Experience with Hadoop (Apache/IBM) and/or other MapReduce Platforms ,
- Experience on Storage Platforms like AWS/Azure/Distributed. ,
- Knowledge of any Data Integration and/or DW tools is plus. ,
- Capability in establishing Data Lake and Data Ingestion ,
- Ability to arrive at Sizing and setting-up connectivity across On-Prem sources and Cloud Based Data Lake.,
- Architecting and/or Delivering projects for large Customers on Big Data/Data Appliance Platform
Educational Requirements: BE , MCA , MTech
Service Line: Unit-IL-Data & Analytics Unit
Skill: Hadoop, Spark, Mongo DB, Cassandra, Marklogic
