VACANCY FOR GRADUATE ENGINEERING FRESHERS IN MNC PROFILE.
LOCATION: PUNE.
QUALIFICATION: B.E OR B.TECH WITH 70% PLUS AGGREGATE.B.E/B.Tech 2024-25 ENGINEERING GRADUATE FRESHERS PREFERRED. (COMPUTER SCIENCE/IT BRANCH PREFERRED.)

Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Architecture Design:
-
Design and build end-to-end data architecture frameworks for large-scale, real-time, and batch-processing systems.
-
Define the overall technical vision and architectural roadmap for data platforms across multiple business domains.
-
Translate business requirements into data models, pipelines, and scalable storage solutions.
2. Technology Selection and Integration:
-
Evaluate, select, and implement big data tools and technologies that best suit business requirements.
-
Integrate structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data sources using tools like Apache Kafka, Apache NiFi, or custom ingestion scripts.
-
Recommend and oversee cloud-based solutions using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
3. Data Pipeline and Processing:
-
Build robust and scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using technologies such as Apache Spark, Flink, Hadoop, and others.
-
Ensure high performance and fault tolerance for batch and real-time data processing jobs.
-
Implement best practices for data ingestion, transformation, storage, and retrieval.
4. Data Governance and Security:
-
Define and enforce data quality standards, metadata management, lineage tracking, and data cataloging.
-
Ensure security, privacy, and compliance of data architecture in line with organizational policies and legal regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
-
Collaborate with information security teams to manage access control, encryption, and identity management.
5. Collaboration and Leadership:
-
Lead a team of data engineers and mentor junior team members on big data technologies and architecture principles.
-
Work with cross-functional teams (BI, analytics, product, and development) to understand business needs and align architectural decisions.

Present architectural plans and progress updates to senior leadership and technical stakeholders.
6. Performance Optimization:
-
Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations.
-
Design for high availability, disaster recovery, and failover strategies.

Implement caching, data partitioning, and data lifecycle management techniques to ensure optimal performance and cost-efficiency.
