Key Responsibilities

Pickup and Delivery

Collect small packages from the warehouse or designated pickup point.

Deliver packages to customer addresses in and around Shamli.

Ensure on-time and accurate delivery based on route planning and schedule.

Customer Service

Communicate politely and professionally with customers.

Call customers in case of location issues or to confirm delivery times.

Obtain customer signatures or confirmation upon successful delivery.

Documentation and Reporting

Maintain a daily log of deliveries made and report completion to the supervisor.

Submit receipts, delivery reports, or proof of delivery if required.

Handle returns or undelivered packages as per the process.

Bike and Package Handling

Ensure packages are handled carefully to avoid damage.

Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of the bike.

Refuel the vehicle as needed and report any issues.
