Job Description

We are hiring for delivery work in Hyderabad. Should follow the directions of company. Easy to work.

Key Responsibilities

Package Delivery
Deliver products, food, or packages to customers at their specified locations in a timely and efficient manner. Ensure the goods are delivered in good condition and as per customer expectations.
Route Planning and Navigation
Plan and follow efficient routes to ensure deliveries are made on time. Use GPS or maps to navigate through unfamiliar areas, avoiding delays and traffic when possible.
Customer Interaction
Interact with customers in a professional, friendly manner. Ensure that deliveries are made according to the customer’s instructions, answer questions if necessary, and collect payments or receipts as required.
Timely and Safe Delivery
Prioritize punctuality and safety during the delivery process. Ensure that goods are delivered on or before the estimated time of arrival (ETA), and follow traffic laws and safety protocols to ensure safe driving.
Package Handling and Inspection
Handle packages with care during loading, delivery, and unloading. Check the contents for accuracy before departure and after arrival, and ensure proper documentation or signatures are completed when required.
Maintain Vehicle
Perform regular maintenance checks on the bike or motorcycle to ensure it is in good working condition. Ensure the bike is fuelled, well-maintained, and equipped with safety gear such as helmets, gloves, and reflective vests.
Record Keeping
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including times, addresses, and any issues encountered during the delivery process. Ensure all required paperwork is signed by the customer and submitted to the company.
Delivery Confirmation
Collect delivery confirmation from the customer through signatures, photographs, or other methods as instructed by the company. Ensure that any discrepancies or issues are reported promptly to the supervisor.
Communication with Supervisors
Stay in contact with supervisors or dispatch teams throughout the shift to report the status of deliveries, ask for assistance, or receive new orders. Notify the team if delays, issues, or changes in the delivery schedule occur.
Adherence to Company Policies
Follow all company policies, including dress code, customer service standards, and safety guidelines. Uphold the company’s reputation by maintaining a professional appearance and attitude at all times.
