Key Responsibilities
1. Grocery Delivery

Deliver groceries and other store items to customers according to the delivery schedule.

Collect payments or confirm cash-on-delivery (COD) transactions when required.
2. Order Management

Receive daily delivery assignments and plan delivery routes efficiently.

Verify orders before leaving the store to ensure correct items, quantities, and packaging.

Coordinate with store staff to collect, pack, and load groceries safely.

Update delivery status and communicate with the store or management in case of delays or issues.
3. Customer Interaction & Service

Represent the store in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner.

4. Vehicle Maintenance & Safety

5. Record Keeping & Documentation

Assist in documenting daily deliveries for management review and reporting.

Ensure proper handling of delivery invoices, receipts, or payment confirmations.
6. Coordination & Teamwork

Communicate delivery challenges, traffic delays, or customer issues promptly.

Assist in loading, unloading, and packing groceries during peak hours.
