Responsibilities include:-
- Provide excellent customer service and build customer loyalty by delivering orders in a timely, cordial manner and ensure orders are delivered accurately and in good condition
- Represent the company with excellence and professionalism by driving safely, exercising good judgment, and treating customers with respect
- Receiving order on Mobile App, Picking as per slot, Mapping of bag and product, Keeping the bag on mapped location
- Delivering parcels to customers safely and on time
- Know how to use Google Maps to find a location
- Talk to customers in a polite manner and accept payments if needed
- Should have a two-wheeler valid Driving License (DL)
