Required Skills:
- Experience with MS Office and data programs
- Typing speed and accuracy

Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Entry and Management:

Accurately enter legal documents, case details, and client information into the database.

Organize and maintain electronic and paper files, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with legal practices.

Update case files and other important documents, ensuring all information is current and correct.

Prepare and process documents such as contracts, legal notices, and pleadings.

Assist in preparing legal correspondence, court documents, and filing instructions.
2. Bilingual Client Communication:

Communicate effectively with clients and legal team members in both [Language 1] and [Language 2], both orally and in writing.

Answer client inquiries, providing basic information about case status, upcoming appointments, and office procedures.

Translate legal documents and communications between clients and the legal team as needed.

Facilitate smooth communication between clients who speak different languages, ensuring that language barriers do not hinder the case progress.
3. Document Preparation and Filing:

Assist in preparing legal documents, including petitions, affidavits, and contracts, ensuring they are properly formatted and error-free.

Ensure that all documents are filed in accordance with legal and office procedures, both in physical and digital formats.

Maintain a system of classification for legal documents and client files, ensuring that all necessary information is easily accessible.
4. Data Accuracy and Confidentiality:

Perform regular data checks and audits to ensure the accuracy and completeness of records.

Ensure that client information is handled confidentially, in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.

Adhere to office protocols regarding the protection of sensitive client and case information.
5. Office Support:

Assist with the organization and preparation of case files for meetings, hearings, or trials.

Support legal staff with day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, client interactions, and filing.

Help prepare and proofread correspondence or other documents that may need translation or bilingual services.
6. Communication and Coordination:

Coordinate with other office staff to ensure that deadlines and case details are kept up to date.

Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences for clients and legal team members.

Support the office manager in coordinating office workflows and maintaining efficiency.
