Job Description

Billing and Accounting Executive for a retail showroom in Mangalore .

Timings : 9.30 a.m. to 6.30 p.m .

Education: B.Com.

Experienced candidate preferred . Salary upto 18K.

Creating and issuing invoices to our Retail customers

Processing credit memos and payments.

Collection of Cash and Cheques and credit to customer accounts,

Preparing account statements for our customers.

Following up on outstanding payments and answering customer queries.

Monitoring all payments and preparing monthly billing reports.

Documents financial transactions by entering account information.

Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.

Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
