Billing and Admin Executive Job in Cadabams Group at Bangalore-Others, Bangalore

Responsibilities:
•    Collaborate with finance team to maintain ledger  
•    Compile and process information such as prices, invoices and purchase orders
•    Ensure customers are billed correctly for services offered
•    Issue invoices and distribute them electronically
•    Communicate with customers to answer questions
•    Request payment of pending debts from customers
•    Keep accurate records (customer information, received payments etc.)
•    Prepare and submit statements to management
•    Communicating with customers for approval of services
•    Manually verifying invoices with services offered

Specifications:
Freshers who have completed their UG in any discipline can apply for this position.
Working days and timings:
Monday to Saturday from 9 am to 5.30 pm with an additional duty for 10 days in a month.
Compensation:
Annual CTC of 19200 and benefits like variable bonus, PF, ESI, Food and incentives.
