Job Description
We are looking for a motivated fresher or entry-level candidate to join our Finance team as a Billing and Collection Executive. The candidate will be responsible for assisting in billing, raising invoices, and following up on payments with customers.
Key Responsibilities:-
Prepare and generate invoices based on company policies.

Coordinate with internal teams for billing data.

Send invoices to customers and follow up for timely payments.

Maintain billing records and update payment details.

Communicate with customers to resolve billing-related queries.

Maintain accurate documentation for audits and reporting.

Support the Finance/Accounts team in day-to-day operations.

Basic knowledge of accounting principles.

Good communication skills (verbal & written).

Basic knowledge of MS Excel.

Ability to learn accounting software.

Attention to detail.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance & Accounts) or any relevant degree.
