About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Handle day-to-day management of all existing customer collections
2. Ensure that all cases in the soft and hard buckets are documented and that appropriate action is taken
3. Control productivity and performance by daily and monthly reviewing results against predetermined benchmarks
4. Manage the escalation of customer complaint
5. Negotiate settlements by arranging client's payments over a longer time span
