Job Description :

� Interact with our high-level customers

� Assisting and reporting to Accounts Manager

� Preparing Invoices, quotations, delivery challans, bills and vouchers etc. 

� To get work done as per the protocol of the company

� To follow up on the accounts department for payment

� Review the quantities item listed

� Checking and certification of bills and invoices from vendors and contractors

� Checking measurements

� Prepare & process subcontractor bills

� Preparing reconciliation statements

Skills Required : 

� Good computer skills with a knowledge of common bookkeeping and spreadsheet programs.

� Good in Accounting and math skills.

� Teamwork skills.

� Strong written and verbal communication skills.
