BILLING OPERATIONS:

Maintaining all billing operations and reports on daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Cash, card and cheque tallying on daily basis.
Billing operations – Billing, Advance Collection, Due Collection, DC/GRN (Clients), Client Deliveries and logout etc..

CREDIT COLLECTION:

Giving the client a report on daily basis; of their pending dues to the store and sending reminders to credit customers

SALES REPORT:

DSR, WEEKLY, MONTHLY and all other immediate requirements, Conference Reports on weekly basis

STOCK TAKE INCHARGE:

SOFTWARE COORDINATION:

INTERNAL WORKS:

Cash collection and deposit update, Cheque deposit,Card swiping works and issues, Payment link to send and update, Credit msgs, Advance msgs, Client Order Queries in billing, Dc billings follow up, Store 1 and store 2 brand segregation everyday for sales report,
Split up works on bill if the Cash bill on or above 2 lakhs, Stock Transfer Out from store to Warehouse if needed, Barcode Reprint works if needed,
Updating Client Databases, Online Payments follow up with accounts team as well as with clients, Client Dues update with accounts team on weekly basis, And all other reporting requirements for store and accounts team.
