- Above average inter-personal communication skills (both oral and written),
- Accuracy in numbers and calculation base
- Excel knowledge and keyboard speed
- To approve draft invoice created by the system by verifying with client approved time sheets and other important notes which appear on the invoice for sales tax, discount, etc.
- To approve invoice for expense reimbursement to be claimed from the client along-with its supporting expense receipts
- To send invoices to client through email or through client web-interface
- To coordinate with timesheet team, Operation team and sales team through email or phone calls for the invoices which are still unbilled in the system and to ensure that we should have minimum unbilled amount
- To work on weekly unbilled audit report in excel (generally 3000-4000 line items) and analysis for the reason for unbilled which will be presented to senior management
- To prepare billing issue log to be sent to AR who in turn consolidate all the issues from different group and present it to vertical head
