Job Description
We are currently looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Billing Executive to join our team at Sathiya Multi-Speciality Hospital, a 25-bed facility located in Kolathur, Chennai. The ideal candidate should have experience in hospital billing and a strong understanding of insurance processes, TPA coordination, and inpatient/outpatient billing procedures.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle patient billing for OP, IP, ER, and OT cases.

Coordinate with insurance providers and process claims efficiently.

Maintain accurate billing records and generate timely reports.

Assist patients with billing queries and provide clarity when needed.

Ensure compliance with hospital policies and audit requirements.
Eligibility:

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in hospital billing preferred.

Familiarity with hospital billing software and TPA procedures is a must.

Good communication skills in Tamil and English.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage shift duties if required.
