Job Description
  • Preparation of 3D coordinated model of Mechanical and Plumbing discipline on various residential and industrial projects based on the 2D contract document,
  • The 3D design structural and architectural model and on the specification provided by the client.
  • Coordination with the client to implement the design data and to convert them on modeling by using software like Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and Naviswork Manage.

Qualifications
  • Diploma or BE/B.Tech in Mechanical
  • Experience level minimum of 2 years in a relevant field
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to travel abroad when required
  • Good English communication skill
  • Experience in Revit Structure is added advantage

Additional Information
  • Must have good exposure in detailing, 3D modeling, and 3D coordination of plumbing and electrical systems and in HVAC.
  • Must be experienced in working in commercial, residential, industrial buildings in multi-cultural environment.
