Job Description:
D3S Solutions Pvt Ltd is hiring BIM Modeler - Mechanical and Public Health (PH) with 1 to 3 years of experience. We are looking for candidates with expertise in MEP systems, proficient in BIM software like Revit. Preference will be given to local candidates who can join immediately.

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in BIM modeling (Mechanical & PH)
B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Proficiency in Revit and other BIM software
Strong understanding of MEP coordination
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Immediate joiners preferred
Local candidates will be given priority

Key Responsibilities

1. BIM Modeling & Coordination

Develop 3D mechanical and public health (MEP) models in Revit and other BIM software.
Create and update BIM models for HVAC, plumbing, drainage, water supply, and fire protection systems.
Ensure all models follow project standards, specifications, and industry regulations.
Perform clash detection and coordination with other trades (architecture, electrical, structural, etc.).

2. Documentation & Drawing Production

Generate detailed 2D drawings, layouts, and schedules from BIM models.
Maintain accurate BIM documentation, including version control and revisions.
Work with project teams to create as-built drawings after project completion.

3. Collaboration & Communication

Work closely with designers, engineers, and project managers to understand project requirements.
Attend BIM coordination meetings and provide updates on model progress.
Resolve technical issues and clashes using coordination tools like Navisworks.

4. Quality Control & Compliance

Ensure BIM models meet company, industry, and client standards.
Conduct regular model checks to maintain accuracy and consistency.
Stay updated with latest BIM technologies, industry trends, and best practices.
