Job Description
Biomedical Service Engineer
- To take care of overall business activity in the region.
- To provide prompt onsite customer service support to customers across the defined region.
- Repair of the equipments
- To Implement company defined processes and system required to deliver high quality consistent customer service support.
- To manage service & generate sales leads.
- To ensure optimum utilization of resources like spare parts, logistics etc.
- Improve customer satisfaction & convince them to use consumables & reagents for instruments
- Improve understanding and coordination with existing customers.
- To monitor existing customers improve business in your territory.
- To give daily call logs as per organization rule.
- To submit the DA regularly every week.
- To update the service coordinator with the calls status.
- To communicate customer enter in AMC / CMC
- To generate revenue towards service contract
