Job Description

Biomedical Service Engineer

To take care of overall business activity in the region.
To provide prompt onsite customer service support to customers across the defined region.
Repair of the equipments
To Implement company defined processes and system required to deliver high quality consistent customer service support.
To manage service & generate sales leads.
To ensure optimum utilization of resources like spare parts, logistics etc.
Improve customer satisfaction & convince them to use consumables & reagents for instruments
Improve understanding and coordination with existing customers.
To monitor existing customers improve business in your territory.
To give daily call logs as per organization rule.
To submit the DA regularly every week.
To update the service coordinator with the calls status.
To communicate customer enter in AMC / CMC
To generate revenue towards service contract
