Office Assistant /1 Post
Division / Unit : Admissions / International Programmes and Collaboration (IPCD) Reports to Associate Dean (Admissions) & Associate Dean (IPCD) Salary & other benefits
Qualification & Experience: Graduate in any discipline with a minimum of 3 years of experience in an office setting. Preference will be given to candidates with prior exposure to international matters. Skills & Competencies Should possess excellent IT and word-processing skills and ability to record data accurately and undertake data processing. Should be able to communicate sympathetically and effectively in English with good telephone etiquettes. Should have the ability to work independently and as one of a team. Knowledge of Konkani, Hindi and Marathi would be an added advantage.

Division / Unit: Academic Research Division (ARD) / Sponsored Research & Consulting Division (SRCD)
Qualification & Experience Graduate in any discipline with a minimum of 3 years of experience in an office setting. Prior experience in an educational institute will be preferred. Skills & Competencies Should have excellent knowledge and hands-on experience with computers especially MS-Office. Should possess good command over English. Should have good communication skills.
Pay Band: Rs. 5200 – 20200
