Essential Qualification & Experience
- Three year Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with minimum relevant experience of 6 years
in the technical field involving the maintenance and repair of MEP equipment.
Responsibilities
- Proficient in fault finding, repair & maintenance of the different type of air distribution systems / air conditioning systems such as Split, window Air Conditioner, VRV/VRF, Centralized HVAC System, Packaged air conditioner etc.
- Ensure & maintain all HVAC equipment and components as per manufactures recommendation, i.e. valves, motors, belts, bearings, filters, pumps, compressors, controls, piping ducts, and other equipment used in heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems.
- Well versed with Sewage treatment plant & uses of recycled water.
- Ensure the proper working of all the major mechanical and electrical components of all water distribution system, solar water heater, RO & air conditioning system facilities.
- Maintain proper stock of spare parts, tools and safety equipment.
- Prioritize the job/activity in accordance with requirement by managing efficiently & effectively.
- Maintain accurate inventory of all equipment and HVAC resources.
- Good Verbal and written communication. Provide exceptional service to all facilities and communicate in a pleasant, friendly, and professional manner at all times. Maintain a professional work environment with staff.
Age Limit
- Should not be above 30 years of age as on 1st Jan 2023.
Remuneration
- Suitable candidate will be placed in Level 4 with a minimum pay of Rs. 25,500/- per month plus DA & other benefits as per Institute Norms.
