Block Program Manager. 

Qualification : Post Graduation in Rural Development/ Management/ Business Administration/ Social Work/ Agriculture & Allied Disciplines / Veterinary Sciences & Allied Disciplines from a premier institutes. -He/she should have at least 2 years post qualification of relevant work experience of team management.

Accountant

Qualification : Bachelors in Commerce with knowledge accounting software, prior experience one year. Accountant is responsible for performing all accounting functions at the SMMU level. The core functions to be performed by Accountant include: Maintain proper books of accounts and consolidating accounts.

S/he would be heading cluster of 0-35 villages and work for VO formation and strengthening training to VO members Monitoring CIF flow from project to VO and to SHG members facilitating bank linkages process conflict management at SHG and VO level. Rating of SHG and conducting their audit.

Qualification : 10+2 (with 50% marks) or Graduation and 'O' Level or one year computer course. Or Three years Diploma in any stream/BCA/B.Sc. (Comp. Sc./IT). Or Matric (50% marks Two years Diploma in Office Management and Computer Applications. Or Post Matric one year ITI course in stenography/NCVT in stenography (with 60% marks) Data Punching speed of 8000 key depressions per hour or 133 key depressions per minute.
