Job Description: Block Resource Team Lead- MHM 

Education – Post-graduation in Social Work or any development Studies

Experience Preferably- 3-5 Year experience of working with the community in Health & Nutrition field.
Field Visit- 50% time on the field

Core Responsibilities

•         Overall Coordination of all activities with BRO and Panchayat Facilitator

•         Social Marketing of MHM Product

•         Hiring of Field Team and work on their capacity Building

•         Ensuring Campaign activities done smoothly around the intervention Blocks.

•         Review all project-related documents and prepare notes, reports

•         Maintain liaison with Block Officials, local collaborators, Frontline Workers, SHG, PRI for better outreach

•         Coordinate with Government officials for meetings and permissions

•         Develop strategies, identify new groups and execute the promotion of MHM Awareness in the intervention Blocks

•         Monthly Reporting & Data compilation of Targeted Beneficiaries to the Reporting Personnel.

•         Weekly monitoring, analysis and reporting

•         Prepare detailed weekly, monthly and Quarterly reports and work on Evidence generation from the fields

•         Resource mobilization to expand programme.

•         The financial obligation to the Organization and Vendor Management.
