Key Responsibilities:
1. Blogger Identification and Research

Identify relevant bloggers, influencers, and niche content creators in industries related to our products or services

Use tools such as Google Search, Ahrefs, BuzzSumo, Hunter.io, or LinkedIn to build a targeted outreach list
-
Categorize potential partners based on domain authority, relevance, audience engagement, and region
2. Outreach Strategy and Execution
-
Develop and execute effective outreach strategies to connect with bloggers and webmasters
-
Draft and send personalized emails/messages to pitch guest posts, backlinks, product features, or collaborations
-
Maintain a high response and conversion rate through engaging and tailored messaging
-
Follow up with non-responders in a professional and non-intrusive manner
3. Relationship Management
-
Build and maintain long-term relationships with influential bloggers, content creators, and website editors
-
Negotiate posting terms, collaboration formats, and timelines professionally
-
Ensure timely content submissions, link insertions, or blog placements
-
Keep communication professional and organized to maintain brand credibility
4. Content Collaboration and Coordination
-
Coordinate with internal content writers or freelance contributors to provide guest posts or collaborative content
-
Ensure content meets quality, SEO, and editorial guidelines provided by bloggers or publishers

Track the publishing status and check for proper backlinks, anchor texts, and do-follow attributes
5. Performance Monitoring and Reporting

Maintain a tracker or CRM to record outreach emails sent, responses received, live links earned, and follow-ups required

Report weekly/monthly metrics such as backlinks earned, domain authority (DA) improvements, and traffic changes

Analyze what types of outreach emails and approaches are converting best and optimize accordingly
Key Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Strong email writing and cold outreach ability

Basic understanding of SEO, backlinks, anchor texts, and domain authority

Familiarity with digital marketing tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, BuzzSumo, Hunter.io, Mailtrack, etc.
