Job Description
Functional Role : -
- Assist the team to achieve a goal of zero accidents, zero complaints & zero equipment down time
- Ensure to follow OSPs, Log Sheets, Check Lists and Log Books.
- Validate & forward all daily, weekly & monthly data on a timely basis.
- Fault Reporting
- Escalation Process
- Incident reporting to shift supervisor
Be a consistent & systematic Technician:
- Follow the Operational Service Procedures.
- Record running parameters of HT & LT Power systems in respective Log Sheet as per schedule.
- Record operating parameters of DG, Chiller, WTP & STP and associated systems as per schedule.
- Highlight any deviations to Supervisor/Engineer and take corrective action.
- Operate the HVAC system as per OEM recommendations.
- Follow check lists on scheduled PPM on day to day basis
- Ensuring the coordination for breakdown calls between BMS operator and maintenance team
- Co-ordinate with BMS executive for validation of alarms generated in BMS system and rectify minor faults.
- Co-ordinate with BMS executive for verification of various energy meters in LT system.
- Co-ordinate with BMS executive to check Electromagnetic locks in access control doors & rectify minor faults.
- Maintain self-grooming, follow uniform etiquette and wear recommended PPEs.
- Follow safe working practices and report unsafe conditions immediately.
