Job Description:

The incumbent will be responsible for Operations & Maintenance work related to HVAC.
Validation of vendor submittal like Datasheets, IO summary, BMS shop drawings & As-built drawings.
Visiting the project sites for design compliance checks and preparing Inspection reports.
Hands on experience in IBMS system commissioning preferred.
Adjust variables and provide adjustment as required to ensure systems are operating correctly within the parameters as per the requirements to meet changing conditions ie., Load, Environment, Customer needs, etc..
Troubleshoots BMS system faults as directed by OEM with CAMC Vendor.
Follows the scheduled maintenance activities and routine checks of all BMS control equipment / devices. Coordinate with CMAC vendor on their SLA based PMs and Services.
