Job Description
Ø Operation and maintenance of IBMS (Access control system and BMS)
Ø Operation and maintenance of surveillance CCTV System for DVR, NVR, Analog, IP&IR cameras, Bullet cameras, Doom cameras, PTZ camera and IP Configuration.
Ø Operation and maintenance of cooling system (AHU) like precision AC (PAC), Ductable AC, Split AC.
Ø Operation and maintenance of DC power source like UPS, Inverter, Battery bank and PDU’s.
Ø DC Operation and maintenance of fire safety system like fire Alarm System (FAS), Smoke detector system, WLD and VESDA system.
Ø Operation and maintenance of DDS Controller (Access Reader. EDR, EM Lock)
Ø Operation and maintenance of Quarterly & Half yearly PPM work and documentations.
Ø Operation and maintenance of AMC Relations.
Ø Client communication. (Day to day activities).
Ø Vendor co-ordination.
Ø Daily Reports preparation.
