BMS Operator Freshers 

Maintain and repair the control systems of the BMS-controlled HVAC systems throughout the site as determined by the manufacturer's recommended system as detailed by the site management.   

Carry out routine checks for the correct operation of all control equipment as directed by site management and Daily / Weekly Servicing Plan.   

Continuous monitoring of the Status and parameters of the different equipment connected to the BMS system.   
Controlling the equipment for starting/stopping.     
Generating reports, logs, and trend charts from time to time and completing any other reports requested by the Duty Manager.   

Taking backups as per schedule.  

Qualification: ITI / Diploma / BE Engineer 

Experience: Freshers 

Salary: 12k to 15k
