Job Title: BOARD Game Event Organizer - only Female
Location: Bangalore (North)
Job Type: [Part-time / Freelance for a Period of 6 months]

About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and organized BOARD Game Event Organizer to plan, coordinate, and execute engaging Board gaming events that bring communities, friends together. It’s a gaming meetup, you’ll ensure the event runs smoothly and provides a fun, competitive, and memorable experience for all participants.Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute gaming events, tournaments, and competitions ( in-person)
• Coordinate with sponsors, partners, vendors, and venues (if applicable)
• Select appropriate games, formats, and platforms for target audiences
• Manage event budgets, schedules.• Set up event registration systems and handle communications with participants
• Develop rulesets, brackets, and fair play guidelines.
• Promote events across social media, Discord, forums, and other channels.
• Gather post-event feedback and analyze data to improve future events
• Ensure player satisfaction, safety, and. a positive experience.
Requirements:
• Proven experience/Fresher in event planning
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English and any one other language)
• Flexibility to work evenings/weekends based on event schedules.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience managing teams or volunteers during events
• Creative mindset for themed events and player engagement
• Basic social media marketing, or video editing is a plus
