BOB Financial Solutions invites application for the position Regional Relationship Officer/Deputy Regional Relationship Officer

Educational Qualifications: Graduate

Minimum Experience
a. For Regional Relationship Officer: Post Graduate with minimum 1 years of experience.( Retail Assets and Credit Cards), Graduate with minimum 3 years of experience. ( Retail Assets and Credit Cards)
b. For Deputy Regional Relationship Officer: Graduate with minimum 1 year of experience. (Retail Assets and Credit Cards)

Location of posting
a. Number of Positions: 10
b. Place of Posting: Anywhere in India. The candidate may be deputed to work with the team(s) within the organization if and as deemed necessary. Candidate is liable to be transferred to any other location in India.

Age Limit: Maximum Age on the last date of application: 45

Role and Responsibilities
This position is responsible for managing the day to day functioning of the department. The Role and responsibilities of this position include:
1. Building synergy with Regional Office.
2. Driving the sales of Credit Card, POS, Home Loan, Car Loan and Education Loan.
3. Collection Management.
4. Visibility Management.
5. Execution of BTL (Below the Line) activities.
6. Document management, KYC, AML compliances.
7. Will be responsible for managing a team of Off-Roll Sales employees.
