Job Overview:
We are looking for dedicated, trustworthy, and professional Body Massage Therapists (Unisex) to join our growing home service team in Pune. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers with no prior experience to start a career in wellness and personal care.
Therapists will provide relaxing and rejuvenating massage services to clients in the comfort of their homes. Full training is provided for selected candidates. Individuals who are polite, well-spoken in Hindi, and willing to work across various locations in Pune are strongly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide Body Massage Services:
-
Perform body massage therapy services for male and female clients as requested.

Services may include relaxation massage, full-body massage, head massage, foot massage, and basic wellness therapies (non-medical).

Ensure proper hygiene, privacy, and customer satisfaction during the session.

Client Handling at Home:
-
Travel to client locations as per scheduled bookings.

Set up massage area (client’s space) professionally and respectfully.

Maintain friendly and respectful behavior with all customers.

Time & Appointment Management:

Arrive punctually at client locations according to the daily schedule.

Manage time effectively during sessions (typically 45 to 90 minutes per session).

Report availability to the supervisor or operations team regularly.

Equipment & Products:

Carry massage oils, towels, sheets, and other essential items as instructed.

Maintain cleanliness of materials and personal hygiene at all times.

Use only company-approved products to ensure client safety.

Communication & Language:

Must be able to communicate clearly in Hindi.

Good interpersonal skills to make the client feel comfortable and at ease.

Listen to the client’s preferences and ensure a customized experience.

Safety & Conduct:

Strictly maintain professional boundaries and follow ethical standards.

Report any issues to the company immediately.

Respect client privacy and follow safety protocols during every visit.

Who Can Apply:

Freshers with no prior experience – training will be provided.

Candidates who have a basic interest in massage, beauty, wellness, or hospitality fields.

Individuals who speak Hindi fluently (other languages are a bonus).

Male and female candidates, aged 18 and above.

Applicants from other cities or states – must be willing to shift to Pune for work.
Training & Onboarding:

Selected candidates will undergo basic training on massage techniques, customer service, hygiene, and safety.

Training will be provided by experienced professionals at no additional cost.

Certificates may be provided after completion of training and probation.

Working Hours:

Flexible shifts – morning, afternoon, or evening depending on bookings.

Full-time and part-time options are available.

Weekly off and leave can be discussed with the supervisor.
