IIBWF is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Booth Space Sales Executive to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about the beauty and wellness sector to drive booth space sales for our upcoming event.
**Responsibilities:**
- Identify and approach potential exhibitors, including beauty brands, wellness companies, spas, salons, and related businesses.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Create and present compelling sales proposals and packages to showcase the benefits of exhibiting at IIBWF.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement effective strategies for attracting exhibitors.
- Achieve and exceed booth space sales targets through proactive sales efforts.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth booth setup, logistics, and exhibitor support during the event.
- Represent IIBWF at industry events and networking opportunities to promote booth space sales.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in booth space sales, preferably within the beauty, wellness, or events industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and online sales tools.
