Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Entry and Typing:

Accurately enter, update, and maintain data across various company systems, including spreadsheets, CRMs, and internal databases.

Transcribe data from physical forms, scanned images, voice files, or handwritten notes.

Maintain consistency in formatting, grammar, and language as per company standards.

Perform high-volume typing tasks with a strong emphasis on accuracy and speed.
2. Data Validation and Quality Checks:

Review and verify data for errors, inconsistencies, or incomplete information.

Cross-reference information with source documents or systems to ensure accuracy.

Flag and escalate discrepancies to the supervisor or data quality team.

Ensure that all entered data meets the quality assurance guidelines and targets.
3. System and Software Use:
-
Operate various data entry software tools and platforms efficiently (e.g., MS Excel, Google Sheets, ERP systems, CRM tools, document management systems).

Adhere to company protocols for file naming, saving, and security procedures.

Work within ticketing or workflow systems as part of end-to-end business process handling.
4. Confidentiality and Data Security:

Handle sensitive or confidential information with discretion and in compliance with data protection policies.

Follow cybersecurity and privacy protocols, especially while working with customer data or proprietary information.

Report any suspected breaches or security concerns immediately to the appropriate authority.
5. Productivity and Reporting:

Meet daily, weekly, or monthly targets for data volume, accuracy, and turnaround time (TAT).

Maintain logs of completed tasks and report productivity metrics to team leads.

Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and audits as required.
6. Process Improvement:

Suggest improvements in typing templates, formatting procedures, or workflow to improve overall efficiency.

Adapt to changing systems or processes based on project updates or client requirements.
