We are hiring PUC (12th)/Diploma/ undergraduates/graduates, freshers and experienced candidates for the International voice process.

• Salary Range: 14,000 - 29,000 take home(Based on Prior work experience) 

• Shifts: Rotational/fixed Shifts and 5 days

• Fixed SAT and SUN off

• Transport: Free transportation with door to door pick up

Job Designation: Associate and Senior Associate

Roles and responsibilities:

Engaged in handling calls of Enterprise & different business units (Internal & External)

• Provide World Class Customer Service.

• Strong customer service approach to dealing with people at all levels internal and external.

• Strong administrative skills: organized, efficient and versatile.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Pleasant, professional, and courteous personality.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Need to maintain Accuracy in Reports.

• End to Transaction of Reports.
