BPO Call Center Executive
Job Description
We are looking for a Debt Recovery Telecaller to contact customers and recover pending payments for financial products such as loans, credit cards.. The role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills to ensure timely recovery while maintaining professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:-
Make outbound calls to customers with overdue payments and remind them of their due amounts.

Follow up regularly with customers via phone, SMS, or email until the payment is made.

Explain the consequences of non-payment and negotiate repayment plans if required.

Update and maintain accurate records of all interactions and recovery status in the CRM system.

Coordinate with team leaders and supervisors to track collection performance.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly recovery targets as assigned.

Handle customer queries and resolve payment-related issues in a polite and professional manner.

Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance guidelines during calls.

Education: Minimum 10th / 12th pass or Graduate.

Experience: 0–3 years in BPO / Collections / Telecalling (Freshers can also apply).

Languages: [Kannada, Telugu].

Strong communication and listening skills.

Persuasive and confident on calls.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
